How do I determine the volume of leads I need?

Understanding YOUR business model is key.You may want to ask yourself:

  • How many NEW leads can each of my employee's manage on a daily basis?
  • How is my existing client base managed? IE:How much time is spent on follow up?
  • What is my primary objective? How many deals do I need to book every day (week or month) to meet my goals? 

Knowing the answer to these 3 key questions will help you determine how to choose your lead volume with purpose.
