What should I do if my lead delivery has stopped?

  • 1. Confirm that your not having issues with you hosted web platform and/or email service.
  • 2. Confirm that your lead management system is up and running correctly. If you're not receiving leads; it's possible that there is an issue withy your POS connectivity.
  • 3. Confirm your account status and balance to ensure your lead flow is active and you have funds on deposit.
  • 4. Access your lead platform thru to review campaign details.
  • 5. Reach out immediately by submitting a trouble ticket thru We'll work thru your issues and remedy the problem as quickly as possible to illiminate any down time.
